PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tGather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans).
\n\tContact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
\n\tProvide after-sales support to retain customers.
\n\tEnsure prompt and accurate answers to clients\u2019 queries.
\n\tBuild strong client relationships, through regular communication.
\n\tReport on the status of accounts.
\n\tSuggest company products\/services that maximize client satisfaction.
\n\tCommunicate product and pricing details clearly.
\n\tCoordinate with Key Account Managers and Sales Manager to create customized sales plans for key clients.
\n\tPromote new products\/services to existing customers.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:<\/p>\n
\tProven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role.
\n\tUnderstanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
\n\tStrong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
\n\tEffective presentation and negotiation skills.
\n\tHigh degree of professionalism.
\n\tGood time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate.
\n\tTechnical Certificate will be beneficial.
\n\tBSc degree in Business Administration, BTech, B Eng, Mechanical\/Chemical\/ Metallurgy Degree<\/p>\n
