\tEnsure all supplier invoices are captured and paid timeously. \u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas (KPA\u2019s)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo process, capture and code all supplier invoices onto systems.\u00a0
\n\tTo ensure all purchase orders are raised, authorised and invoices allocated.\u00a0
\n\tTo ensure accurate account verification.\u00a0
\n\tTo prepare weekly\/monthly supplier statement reconciliations.\u00a0
\n\tHandling and resolving supplier queries.
\n\tCoordinate the weekly and monthly payment runs to maximize company discounts and provide Treasury with projected cash outflows in order to ensure effective cash management.
\n\tAssist in management and operational reporting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
