Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sage Intacct Consultant, and you will be responsible for leading a variety of implementations, add-ons, and optimization projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and optimize business processes, develop customized solutions, and integrate third-party applications with existing infrastructure. Your mission will be to successfully deliver and manage Sage Intacct implementation projects within a collaborative team environment, while consistently identifying opportunities to add value and drive business success for our clients.
\n\tThis is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site engagements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Gap Analysis:<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse clients business requirements
\n\tEngage with clients to define and document their requirements.
\n\tFormulate solutions that will meet their business needs and expectations in an efficient and timely manner.
\n\tAssist in setting up a project plan and budget.<\/p>\n
Implementation:<\/p>\n
\tCustomising the solution to suit client\u2019s requirements and specifications.
\n\tProvide support to the project managers and assist in managing the technical aspects of the projects.
\n\tCommunicate requirements for customisation to developers to ensure their work will function in the way the client expects it to.
\n\tCreate custom reports that suit the needs of the client.
\n\tMaster data import and data migration.
\n\tHost demo & user sessions to show client how Intacct works.
\n\tConfiguring various accounting modules.
\n\tProvide support to senior\/ lead consultants on implementation projects.
\n\tSetting up the master files for various modules, Tax mapping, bank files, etc.
\n\tSetting up the company module (adding users, roles, dimensions, and entities)<\/p>\n
Training:<\/p>\n
\tTraining users on the new system for them to become self-sufficient in the use of the software configured for them.
\n\tTraining junior consultants to master Sage Intacct.<\/p>\n
Support:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with the smooth integration of business processes after go-live.
\n\tIdentifying and implementing effective solutions to clients\u2019 problems & maintaining a healthy client relationship.
\n\tTroubleshooting issues with setup &Import.
\n\tWork as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices, knowledge, resources, and ideas.<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
\n\t4-6 years of ERP consulting experience, with a strong focus on Sage Intacct.
\n\tSage Intacct Implementation Certification (highly advantageous).
\n\tProven experience supporting end users and delivering ERP solutions.
\n\tAdvanced Excel proficiency, including creation of data transformation workbooks and\/or macros for data uploads.
\n\tExperience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Sage X3) is a plus.
\n\tStrong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to client objectives.
\n\tExcellent communication and client engagement skills.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects and mentor junior consultants.<\/p>\n
Desired skills<\/p>\n
\tSage Intacct certification(s).
\n\tAbility to translate client business requirements into Sage Intacct solutions.
\n\tFamiliarity with financial reporting and dashboard creation in Sage Intacct.
\n\tExposure to integrations with third-party applications and APIs is a plus.
\n\tPrevious ERP consultancy or implementation experience.
\n\tQuick cognitive learner with the ability to apply knowledge effectively.
\n\tExcellent administrative skills (e.g., task list updates, time booking, monitoring Microsoft Teams messages).
\n\tAbility to absorb information rapidly and convert learning into long-term knowledge.
\n\tCapable of working efficiently under high-pressure environments.
\n\tAdaptability across diverse projects, clients, and working environments.
\n\tExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
\n\tPassionate and proactive mindset.
