\tManaging the quality of all station copywriting and production elements.
\n\tSupervising and monitoring the workflow of production engineers and copywriter.
\n\tSupervising station voice\/s.
\n\tSupervising and scheduling of technical producers.
\n\tEnsuring that the station\u2019s audio content is uploaded on the app.
\n\tDirecting and facilitating the production of daily on-air promos.
\n\tFacilitating all production recordings.
\n\tSetting daily\/weekly\/monthly tasks and objectives to be completed by production team.
\n\tManaging the processes and systems for copy and production in the company.
\n\tEnsuring all copy deadlines are met timeously.
\n\tFacilitating the booking of production studios.
\n\tCarrying out any other reasonable tasks as directed by manager.<\/p>\n
Station Imaging:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and implementing a sound and audio strategy in alignment with the brands strategy.
\n\tEnsuring all station and show imaging is produced in consultation with the Content Manager.
\n\tEnsuring station voices are aligned with the brands strategy.
\n\tConducting a monthly refresh of station imaging according to the production calendar.
\n\tMonitoring national and international production trends.
\n\tManaging and regularly updating the stations audio library.
\n\tEnsuring recording and scheduling of regulatory BCCSA PSA’s.<\/p>\n
Commercial:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tImplementing copy briefs and ensuring campaign objectives are met according to client requirements.
\n\tFacilitating the production of commercial elements.
\n\tApproving all commercial copy.
\n\tOverseeing all commercial recording sessions.
\n\tFacilitating the production of demo audio for client presentations and proposals.
\n\tSelecting and booking suitable voice-over artists.<\/p>\n
Administration:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupplying monthly reports to Line Manager.
\n\tManaging all voice over invoices.<\/p>\n
Interpersonal and team relationships:<\/p>\n
\tBuild, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.<\/p>\n
