A vacancy exists in the Dealer Operations Department, which forms part of the Sales & Dealer Network Division and is based in Johannesburg. This position reports to the Regional Sales and After Sales Managers in the North Region.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tPhysical visitations\/engagement with dealerships on a regular\/needs basis
\n\tAdherence to all franchise standards at dealer level
\n\tOptimise Customer Experience at dealer level
\n\tProfitable dealership management
\n\tImplementation and maintenance of operational guidelines at dealer level
\n\tImplementation and maintenance of minimum environmental standards at dealer level
\n\tManagement of all departmental targets, New\/Used\/Parts\/Service CPUS
\n\tManagement of dealer market share in line with TSAM\u2019s share objectives
\n\tManagement of Toyota Development Programs.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 6 – (360 credits) qualification in Marketing or equivalent
\n\tExperience \/ exposure in marketing, sales and dealer business environment
\n\tPC Literacy (MS Office package – advanced, SAP, e-Toyota)
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills (Verbal and written)
\n\tGood verbal and writing skills
\n\tBasic Financial Skills
\n\tCustomer Handling Skills
\n\tProduct and general automotive business knowledge
\n\tAutomotive Technical background would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
