\tManage delivery of the performance targets based on defined timelines.
\n\tOrganise work and ensure all team members understand their tasks.
\n\tManage and monitor performance.
\n\tConduct training and provide feedback.
\n\tReview warehouse processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
\n\tReceive local and international shipments.
\n\tManage inbound process including offloading stock, physical staging of stock.
\n\tEnsure quality management is adhered to.
\n\tEnsure stock is accurately recorded and reflected in the warehouse management system.
\n\tManage the accurate picking of parts based on customer orders as per the picking slips.
\n\tMaintain high quality, safety, health and efficiency standards.
\n\tManage efficient handover of parts to the service providers to ensure the stock is dispatched.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tSupply Chain Management (or equivalent NQF Level 5).<\/p>\n
Skill:<\/p>\n
\tLeadership and organisational skills.
\n\tMust have the ability to mediate conflict.
\n\tMust be able to work well under extreme pressure and produce results accordingly.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tProblem Solving Skills.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry.<\/p>\n
