\tTo provide administrative support and related services to the Standards portfolio of quality assurance to ensure that service delivery is optimized and meets requisite operating procedures, and to ensure that all statutory and legislative requirements relating to Quality Assurance systems are met.<\/p>\n

\tQualifications And Special Certifications\/Registration
\n\tDiploma in science, quality management or related field (NQF Level 5)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years relevant work experience in a Quality Administration and\/or Assurance environment (Operational Level)<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nFunctional Management<\/p>\n
\tCapture all Quality Assurance information for reporting
\n\tDemonstrate, conduct and capture all information related to Quality Assurance assessments on the relevant system.
\n\tProvide the division with Quality Assurance statistics as required.
\n\tDevelop presentations and related material for Quality Assurance related information sharing interventions.
\n\tEnsure that an adequate information management system is in place that contains relevant and updated information as it relates to the Quality Assurance function.
\n\tEnsure that all information relevant to Quality Assurance is directed accordingly to the relevant stakeholders such as newsletters and projects.
\n\tProvide the Quality Assurance function with all relevant information and research documentation when required.
\n\tBe the first point of contact for Quality Assurance and provide advice as required.
\n\tAssist with the compilation and submission of reports to Quality Assurance as required.
\n\tEnsure that all documents are filed and information managed appropriately.
\n\tConduct investigations as they relate to customer complaints to the Standards Division.
\n\tEnsure that all communications for Quality Assurance is directed accordingly.<\/p>\n
Risk and Compliance Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in identifying and adhering to fraud controls, risk prevention principles, sound governance and compliance processes, and tools to identify and manage risks.
\n\tSupport and provide evidence to all internal and external audit requirements.
\n\tMaintain quality risk management standards in line with ISO and regulatory requirements.
\n\tMaintain and enforce all related Service Level Agreements to minimise business risk and ensure business continuity.
\n\tAdhere to all relevant laws, policies and Standard Operating Procedures throughout the organisation.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of expectations management, knowledge sharing and integration, and to manage the organisation\u2019s reputation.
\n\tRepresent and participate in the organisation\u2019s committees and tasks teams when required.
\n\tConvene and attend meetings and present relevant information stakeholders when required.
\n\tEnsure efficient communication to all auditors and other finance team members.
\n\tEnsure the provision of excellent customer service.
\n\tResolve queries and problems within span of control and within agreed time frames.
\n\tFollow up on unresolved queries, complaints where required.
\n\tLiaise with relevant stakeholders regarding follow-up of information, as required.<\/p>\n
