\tEffectively manage all shift resources to ensure acceptable service levels
\n\tEffectively manage all aspects on the shift
\n\tEffectively assists shift manager \/ control room managers in smooth running in the Control Room<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n

\n\tGrade C
\n\tLiterate in English(Written & Verbal)
\n\tMust have report writing skills
\n\tTelephone etiquette
\n\tComputer Literate
\n\tCall Centre \/ Control room background \u2013 environment<\/p>\n
