\tTo \u00a0monitor and oversee performance of service providers and suppliers relating to Motor and Non-Motor claims in line with the Group\u2019s overall purpose and vision. This includes compliance, measuring and reporting on service provider performance and conduct, cost and efficiency drivers as well as managing overall customer experience for this Category.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tImplement the Motor and Non-Motor claims supplier management strategy in line with Hollard Insure\u2019s overall Procurement strategy. \u00a0
\n\tAnalyse trends by reviewing management information.\u00a0
\n\tAssisting stakeholders with budget forecasting by providing commodity information.\u00a0
\n\tIdentifying new opportunities and develop strategies that will result in improved efficiency and cost saving. Conduct benchmarking and negotiating exercises with internal and external stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tParticipate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.\u00a0
\n\tPeriodic reporting to relevant stakeholders in line with KPIs\/Dash board.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for the submission of the monthly, quarterly dash board.\u00a0
\n\tAnalyse, identify and investigate unusual items and report accordingly.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure customers are treated fairly and that TCF management is done in conjunction with the Academy. \u00a0Maintain a high level of service to customers (internal and external) according to the service standards as set by the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAt least 8-10 years Claims and Procurement or relevant experience.
\n\tProject Management
\n\tSound understanding of the Transformation eco-system.
\n\tUnderstanding of the systemic barriers to entry, the socio economic and political challenges.
\n\tSound understanding of the business of different stakeholders within the insurance value chain.<\/p>\n

\tMatric\u00a0
\n\tDegree or Diploma in Supply Chain or relevant equivalent qualification\u00a0
\n\tRegistered with a relevant accredited professional body (advantageous)\u00a0
