\n\tWe are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our team in promoting and selling energy contracts to residential and business customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
\n\tAs an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a key role in reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored energy solutions to meet those needs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMake outbound calls to potential customers using warm leads, cold calls, and referrals to sell energy contracts.
\n\tIdentify and assess customer needs and offer the most suitable energy solutions while explaining contract benefits and cost savings.
\n\tMaintain a comprehensive understanding of energy plans, including tariffs, discounts, terms, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tProvide exceptional customer service.
\n\tQualify leads and secure appointments with interested clients
\n\tMeet and exceed monthly appointment targets
\n\tAdhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to energy sales, including providing accurate and transparent information to customers.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills\/Excellent accent\/ Fluent English
\n\tCall Centre\/ Sales Experience
\n\tStrong understanding of the UK market and business environment
\n\tUK Sales experience will serve as an advantage
\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
\n\tProficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
\n\tMatric. Bachelor’s degree in a related field will serve as an advantage<\/p>\n
