What will I be doing?<\/p>\n
As an overnight baker, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An overnight baker will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n
\tRunning the pastry section of the kitchen on an overnight basis
\n\tEnsure excellent quality throughout the pastry offerings
\n\tBring creativity to the pastry offerings
\n\tSupervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation for the breakfast buffets
\n\tPlan production to facilitate daily requirements for breakfast, lunch and dinner pastries
\n\tDevelop appropriate pastry offerings
\n\tManage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
\n\tEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations<\/p>\n

\tA minimum of 2 \u2013 3 years as a Pastry Chef or Baker in the current role and 5 years overall experience with high volume pastry or bakery production.
\n\tApproaches pastry in a creative way
\n\tStrong supervisory skills,
\n\tA current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)<\/p>\n
