The Role:<\/p>\n
\tProvide administrative functions which support in coordinating, planning, and tracking production activities to improve turnaround times; and resolve any bottlenecks in a timely manner for production activities to be executed seamlessly.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tCreate, maintain, and adjust schedules based on project requirements on various platforms (e.g. bay boards, electronic project plans etc.) in-line with company policies and procedures
\n\tCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information necessary for scheduling of production activities.
\n\tCommunicate schedule changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
\n\tCreate and update tracking reports on (e.g. Purchase Order report and Goods Received Notes report etc.) for ease of access
\n\tMonitor hours on the jobs to ensure that quote specifications are met and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
\n\tGenerate and disseminate ad hoc reports as required by the stakeholders
\n\tPlan production meetings and invite relevant stakeholders
\n\tTake minutes during production and other related meetings
\n\tParticipate in preparation for ISO and SHEQ audits as and when required
\n\tParticipate in the close out of findings from safety audits<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/equivalent qualification.
\n\tProject Management qualification advantageous
\n\t1 \u2013 2 years\u2019 experience in production planning
\n\t2 years business administration experience
\n\tIntermediate MS Excel and Project Management experience
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tAdvanced computer literacy (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
\n\tAttentive to detail
\n\tAbility to work with minimal supervision
\n\tEnglish proficiency
\n\tValid driver’s license<\/p>\n
