Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nEnsure effective deliveries and cost control \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSchedule deliveries according to nominated delivery days \u00a0
\n\tManage and control departmental own fixed cost in terms of overtime, running cost and crates \u00a0
\n\tManage site and area responsibility in terms of safety \u00a0
\n\tEnsure that deliveries are executed according to standard operating procedures \u00a0
\n\tEnsure vehicle inspections are conducted \u00a0<\/p>\n
Perform administrative duties \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConduct daily debriefing of delivery team \u00a0
\n\tMaintain and manage driver ledger balances and deadlines \u00a0
\n\tInvestigate rejected driver claims \u00a0
\n\tMaintain mixed temperature report \u00a0
\n\tManage fuel usage on vehicle and reconcile fuel storage \u00a0<\/p>\n
Manage customer relations \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConduct trade visits and submit reports \u00a0
\n\tManage and control customer uplifts \u00a0
\n\tAttend to customer queries and complaints \u00a0
\n\tLiaison between Call Centre and Danone\u00a0<\/p>\n
Manage staff \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSet KPA’s of team members and manage performance \u00a0
\n\tMaintain discipline of team (Execute company disciplinary procedures) \u00a0
\n\tPlan and manage leave \u00a0
\n\tManage training and development of subordinates \u00a0
\n\tManage driver violations as per Onboard Computer Report (OBC report)\u00a0<\/p>\n
