Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist walk-in clients with course details, bookings, payments, confirmations, and attendance.
\n\tProvide friendly and professional support to internal and external clients.
\n\tSupport the Branch Coordinator and Business Support Coordinator with administrative coordination.
\n\tEnsure the Attendance Register is completed daily by all staff, visitors, and contractors.
\n\tUpload the Daily Register and Project Review Checklist to Odyssey for compliance.
\n\tEnsure competent student certificates are released within 20 working days.
\n\tPrepare training venues adequately and timeously.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013 Essential.
\n\tTertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management (Advantageous).<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious administrative experience (Advantageous).
\n\tExposure to OHS\/HSE principles and NOSA systems (Advantageous).<\/p>\n
