About the position:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Mimecast Professional Services Consultant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include presenting, and implementing Mimecast’s Professional Services offerings for our customers.
\n\tAs a PS Consultant, you will begin to build strong relationships with our Support, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Sales Teams, contributing to the ongoing success of our products.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tAssist customers in implementing Mimecast Services and ensure successful deployment
\n\tSupport email archive migrations from different email archive solutions
\n\tEscalate and track issues and feature requests with the Mimecast Support and Product Development teams
\n\tIdentify opportunities for upselling additional products and services
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs<\/p>\n
What You’ll Bring:<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in IT administration and support of Microsoft Exchange on prem, Microsoft Azure and Exchange Online, Google Workspace, or other email systems
\n\tAdvanced knowledge of technical requirements (from a client perspective) related to Mimecast implementations, including SMTP, LDAP(S), Active Directory, SSL Certificates, MX records, and journaling
\n\tFamiliarity with email archive solutions such as Enterprise Vault or others
\n\tExperience with email gateway solutions like Mimecast, MessageLabs\/Symantec Cloud, Proofpoint, etc.
\n\tStrong technical skills in operating systems, desktop deployment, system administration, and\/or technical architecture
\n\tComfortable using MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) to develop pre-sales materials and project deliverables
\n\tExposure to Archive & Email Migration tools
\n\tUnderstanding of Exchange and email migrations
\n\tAbility to effectively communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
\n\tDemonstrated experience in customer-facing positions, preferably as a professional services consultant
\n\tStrong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical and project management issues
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with personnel at all levels, including C-level staff.
\n\tFamiliarity with scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VBScript, and C# is a plus<\/p>\n

\n\tThe RSA base salary range for this position is 520,000 – 780, 000 ZAR Annual base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.<\/p>\n
