\nHere’s what you will be doing:<\/p>\n
BIM execution of all Mechanical Building Services disciplines including HVAC, Wet Services, Process, Fire:<\/p>\n
\tIs expected to be proficient in Revit modelling within all above-mentioned Mechanical Building Services
\n\tIs expected to be proficient in the NavisWorks environment and running clash detection and performing interdisciplinary (Architecture, Structural, Electrical etc) coordination
\n\tPerform BIM upskilling of resources
\n\tAssist BIM Manager with content creation and standard enforcement
\n\tPerform Level 3 QA\/QC checks on discipline models
\n\tAble to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
\n\tAbility to read and understand construction documents
\n\tFamiliar with design parameters related to discipline specific requirements
\n\tKnowledge of AECOM standard modelling practices and procedures
\n\tMaintain and adhere to AECOM and project specific filing systems
\n\tAdhere to the project BIM Execution Plan (including defined project standards)
\n\tDevelop BIM content based on BIM Modelling standards
\n\tTake ownership and responsibility for own work
\n\tEnsures accuracy and quality of discipline models
\n\tDevelop constituent parts of the Information Model in connection with specific tasks
\n\tAbility to work on multiple projects at once
\n\tCollaborate and communicate with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common model development tasks
\n\tWork within a team on single or multidisciplinary projects
\n\tMaintain awareness of compliance to safety and quality standards and integration of design<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nHere’s what we are looking for:<\/p>\n
\tExperience 8+ years in Mechanical Building services and Revit
\n\tAny relevant built environment qualification
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in a BIM environment
\n\tRevit Certification preferred
\n\tGeneral knowledge of integrated architectural and engineering practice
\n\tKnowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
\n\tMust be detail-oriented, consistent, and highly accurate in the work
\n\tGood communications skills: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written
\n\tAbility to set priorities in an efficient and timely manner to meet essential job functions
\n\tMust be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter
\n\tAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
\n\tPossess a strong work ethic<\/p>\n
