Minimum Qualification \/ Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tStudying towards a Mining Engineering qualification.
\n\tWilling to learn and be trained
\n\tAdministrative skills and Microsoft knowledge.
\n\tMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
\n\tThe candidate must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act.
\n\tSoild knowledge to read and interpret mining plans.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not):<\/p>\n
\tLearning operational processes.
\n\tAssist with improving mining efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
\n\tConduct safety inspections in the pit and around the site.
\n\tAssist during blasting preparations.
\n\tAnalyse blast outcomes with blaster.
\n\tAssist with short-term planning.
\n\tAssist in daily shift documentation and reporting.
\n\tComplete the vacation work program<\/p>\n
