\tTo develop a regional strategy that is aligned to Business strategy To lead a sales team to execute on the strategy in order to achieve business objectives across Retail, Commercial, Rest of Africa, Corporate and Institutional for FirstRand Islamic Financial Services To be responsible for the retention and growth of the customer base (market share).<\/p>\n
The Ideal candidate must have the following exposure:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop a regional strategy across Retail and Commercial (R&C) aligned to business strategy and ensure execution thereof
\n\tProvide input into Islamic business strategy
\n\tTrack, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase Revenue growth for Retail, Commercial, Corporate and Institutional
\n\tMonitor cost activities and collection of revenue and measure cost to income against set targets and place measures in place to address any discrepancies
\n\tDetermine targets for revenue growth
\n\tAchieve net profit growth for the region
\n\tMaximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
\n\tEnsure optimal segmentation within region
\n\tOverall responsible for the management and growth of the business across the region
\n\tContribute to the successful implementation of campaigns by setting standards and supporting execution
\n\tPlan and manage execution of campaigns successfully and on schedule
\n\tMaintain operational accountability for all campaign execution
\n\tSet standards and benchmarks for measuring successful campaign execution
\n\tProvide support at relevant committees and influence approval on Islamic product deals
\n\tCoordinate and facilitate all approved strategic projects
\n\tComply with governance in terms of Shari\u2019ah principles, legislative and audit requirements
\n\tIdentify interconnected problems, determine its impact and use to develop best fit alternatives; driving best practice solutions
\n\tBe aware of, and responsive to local market conditions
\n\tAnalyse competitor information to develop a strategic plan to acquire new business
\n\tImprove business decisions by analysing reliable customer data from the Business Intelligence team to identify gaps and opportunities for the sales team to cross sell
\n\tEnsure that sales strategies are aligned across the customer value proposition
\n\tManage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives<\/p>\n

\tRelevant Degree.
\n\t5+ year\u2019s relevant Relationship Management experience.
\n\t5 + years in the financial \/ banking sector.
\n\tRE5 qualification and KI Individuals
\n\tMust be able to do Supervision
\n\tHave people management skills<\/p>\n
