Job Objectives:<\/p>\n
\tTo manage the long-term relationship between Liberty@Work and the client, not only to meet the clients\u2019 evolving needs but also to position Liberty as the market leader and enhance the reputation of the organization.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organization.
\n\tAdhere to policies, procedures and legislative requirements in order to ensure compliance.
\n\tContinuously review client portfolios to re-assess their needs and make recommendations and add value to clients.
\n\tConstantly update own knowledge and expertise in line with products and market and industry trends.
\n\tPerform reporting to keep the business updated of progress.<\/p>\n
Stakeholders:<\/p>\n
Internal:<\/p>\n
\tExposure to fraud interventions internally to stay compliant with policies and legislation.<\/p>\n
\u00a0External:<\/p>\n
\tClients, including (but not limited to) government departments, work sites, individuals and lower- to midmarket segments.<\/p>\n
Role Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tLaptop or Tablet (essential)<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (essential)
\n\tFAIS recognized qualification within 6 years of DOFA<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
\tAwareness of the industry and financial standings.
\n\tGood understanding of the current market and trends.
\n\tAdherence to internal and legislative policies and procedures.
\n\tOngoing customer service to endorse current relationships.
\n\tPresentation abilities in participating in formal and informal engagements.<\/p>\n
Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tSound knowledge of the industry to display a broad awareness of trends and risks.
\n\tExcellent understanding of the financial industry in order to provide fit solutions based on a client\u2019s financial needs.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tTelephone and face to face sales experience (Desirable)<\/p>\n
