Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
\n\tAssist with administration on regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
\n\tInvestigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.
\n\tLiaise with warehouse, back orders, branches, procurement, and operations teams regarding stock levels and availability.
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal stock control processes and procedures.
\n\tSupport continuous improvement of stock control practices.
\n\tImplement and maintain filing systems and ensure all filing is done.
\n\tCreate statistical reports for Management meetings.
\n\tUpdate and maintain the barcoding template on all our products for ease of use and accuracy<\/p>\n

\tMatric
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in an administrative environment with at least 3 years\u2019 experience in stock controlling
\n\tFamiliarity with inventory or ERP systems (advantageous).
\n\tTertiary education in supply chain management or a similar field would be advantageous.
\n\tUnderstanding of stock control processes and warehouse operations.<\/p>\n
