Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:<\/p>\n
\tPromotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and \/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
\n\tResponsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
\n\tResponsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and\/or services.
\n\tPromotes and establishes education of the company’s products and\/or services.
\n\tConducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
\n\tImplements market development plans\/strategies and changes as needed.
\n\tCommunicates customer feedback on new products and\/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
\n\tProvides clinical and technical support to end-users, associated HCP\u2019s and patients where required.\u00a0
\n\tProvides clinical and technical expertise through product demonstrations and in-service of company products.\u00a0
\n\tConducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.\u00a0
\n\tManagement of consignment inventory in allocated accounts as per SOP for specific OU\u2019s assigned to you: Expired; Short dated; Non\/slow-moving; Cycle Count.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal training (Cornerstone), use of Customer Relations Management Tools (SFDC), activity scheduling\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge and Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years of experience in Medical Surgical or Medical device Industry\u00a0
\n\tMedical background and experience in the surgical field \u2013 preferably with Hernia & Wound management, Sutures and Wound closure experience
\n\tStrong communicator, Positive attitude and willingness to learn fast
\n\tHealth Sciences or Medical background\u00a0<\/p>\n
