\tA leading conservation game reserve and eco-tourism destination situated in the Waterberg, Limpopo Province, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and suitably qualified individual to join their team as a Finance and Administration Manager.
\n\tThe Reserve spans 36,000 hectares and operates as a Big 5 game reserve with a managing and subsidiary company.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure the financial integrity and administrative efficiency of the Reserve\u2019s operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, procurement, and stakeholder liaison, while providing strategic financial input to support the Reserve\u2019s long-term objectives.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum education (essential):<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
\n\tArticles or a postgraduate qualification (advantageous).<\/p>\n
Minimum applicable experience (years):<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in financial and administrative management.<\/p>\n
Required nature of experience:<\/p>\n
\tFinancial reporting and management accounting.
\n\tBudgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
\n\tPayroll management and HR administration.
\n\tTax compliance and statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax).
\n\tCash flow, banking, and reconciliation management.
\n\tImplementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls.
\n\tProcurement and stock control processes, including workshop and fleet administration.
\n\tLiaison with auditors, suppliers, financial institutions, and internal departments.
\n\tExperience within a conservation, hospitality, or rural enterprise environment (advantageous)<\/p>\n

\tStrong financial and administrative management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal abilities.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems.
\n\tExperience with tax legislation and E-Filing.
\n\tDecision-making and conflict resolution skills.
