Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nOversee the safety, environment and quality system in Production\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOversee and maintain the safety, health, environmental, quality and food safety management system\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that procedures are followed correctly regarding change\/modification control, especially risk management.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that all SHEQrelated risks are identified, quantified and that appropriate work instructions, procedures and PPE are maintained. \u00a0
\n\tIdentify safety, health, environment, quality and food safety issues and help\/support with specialist knowledge to solve the issues.\u00a0
\n\tVerify that ISO18001, ISO14001, ISO 22000 and other Food safety related training (eg. Food defense, Food Fraud, Allergen Management etc.) is done.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain Entropy System<\/p>\n
Oversee that the safety, health, environment, quality and food safety requirements are adhered to\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with Production regarding investigation of complaints and safety incidents\/injuries.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with product recalls and withdrawals when requested.\u00a0
\n\tAssist Production when product does not comply with specifications (concessions).\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that temperature monitoring and the Cold Chain are maintained.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that an effective occupational health and safety service is delivered.
\n\tThe implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the SHE management system as described in policies, procedures and work instructions of the SHE Management Manual on the Entropy System.
\n\tMonthly SHE meetings.
\n\tMonthly and weekly Quality and Food safety meetings.
\n\tImplement Legal SHE training schedule and maintain.
\n\tImplement Food safety and Quality training schedule and maintain.<\/p>\n
Investigate complaints, incidents and corrective actions regarding safety, environment, quality and food safety<\/p>\n
\tConduct, report and record investigations related to quality\/food safety\/Customer Complaints and implement corrective actions\u00a0
\n\tConduct, report and record investigations related to SHE and implement corrective actions\u00a0
\n\tAction the priorities and corrections with Production team\u00a0<\/p>\n
Lead and prepare Safety, Environmental, Quality and Food Safety Audits (ISO)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the facility is audit ready.
\n\tEnsure that the facility is aware and available for all related audits\u00a0
\n\tValidate that the relevant documentations are in place for the audit\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that the corrective actions of previous findings are done\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that proactive steps are taken to minimise risks, findings etc. in the system\u00a0<\/p>\n
