IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:<\/p>\n
\tOversee and maintain accurate records of all housing assets, stock, and accommodation bookings, ensuring smooth daily operations.
\n\tMonitor resident and guest numbers for accurate invoicing and reporting, escalating service delivery issues as needed.
\n\tManage maintenance and procurement processes \u2014 from request to verification and sign-off \u2014 ensuring quality and compliance.
\n\tCoordinate and quality assure catering, housekeeping, and event function requirements to meet hygiene and service standards.
\n\tResolve guest and resident queries promptly, ensuring effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
