Purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tThe Product Management and Data Quality Specialist is responsible for managing the product catalog and ensuring the commercial performance of products throughout their lifecycle.
\n\tThe role focuses on maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product data, implementing data governance standards, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tThis specialist plays a key role in optimizing product range management, driving data quality initiatives, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to support business objectives.<\/p>\n
Product Data and Catalog Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of product catalog data.
\n\tMonitor product data quality, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to optimize the product range.
\n\tImplement and enforce product catalog data standards and governance policies.
\n\tCollaborate with suppliers, 1P\/3P partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain up-to-date and accurate product information.
\n\tEnsure appropriate stock allocation, validate supplier agreements, and monitor replenishment modes throughout the product lifecycle (Range A\/S, Top 1\/2\/0, Franco\/PCB).
\n\tDevelop and implement processes to guarantee data quality and integrity.
\n\tProvide training and support on product catalog management best practices.<\/p>\n
Product Range and Lifecycle Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Category Manager in constructing and continuously improving the product range.
\n\tOptimize product allocation within the correct typology (Department \/ Sub-department \/ Type \/ Sub-type) to enhance performance monitoring.
\n\tBuild and maintain product range listings and range synoptics, ensuring timely updates and communication to stores.
\n\tManage product lifecycle and address market-specific requirements.
\n\tCollect and analyze customer feedback to improve product range effectiveness.
\n\tCollaborate on promotional activities and ensure effective execution.
\n\tPrepare data and negotiation planners for supplier negotiations and monitor contracts and invoicing compliance.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication<\/p>\n
\tServe as the primary point of contact for stores regarding product data and range matters.
\n\tCommunicate clearly and effectively, ensuring stakeholders understand updates and adopt changes.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Supply Chain, Merchandising, OmniCommerce) and external partners (suppliers, vendors).<\/p>\n
Process Improvement and Technology Utilization<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in product data management processes.
\n\tUtilize AI and digital tools to enhance research, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
\n\tRespond to cross-functional project requests within the area of expertise.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, Marketing, or related field.
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in product data management, catalog management, or category management, preferably in\u00a0retail or e-commerce.
\n\tStrong proficiency in\u00a0Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
\n\tFamiliarity with\u00a0PIM, ERP, or CRM systems\u00a0(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Akeneo).
\n\tExceptional\u00a0attention to detail, analytical skills, and project management abilities.
\n\tExcellent\u00a0communication and interpersonal skills\u00a0to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
