Description<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, implement, and maintain infrastructure and asset management frameworks, policies, and systems.
\n\tDesign and oversee solutions supporting the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
\n\tImplement and monitor infrastructure and asset risk treatment and mitigation plans.
\n\tOptimise asset utilisation across ARC divisions in alignment with strategic objectives.
\n\tManage the delivery of facilities management services at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
\n\tOversee leases, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and contractor performance.
\n\tImplement preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance programmes (3\u201310-year plans).
\n\tEnsure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
\n\tManage vehicle fleet operations, including maintenance and replacement cycles.
\n\tPromote sustainable and green infrastructure initiatives to improve energy and water efficiency.
\n\tDevelop and manage both Opex and Capex budgets effectively.
\n\tLead and manage staff performance to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
\n\tPrepare and present technical, operational, and financial reports to management.
\n\tEnsure optimal use of facilities, high stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or similar.
\n\tProfessional registration (SAFMA, IFMA, etc.) advantageous
\n\t10 years\u2019 experience in Facilities Management, of which 5 years should be at management role or 3 years at senior management level
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance strategies.
\n\tProven experience in project management, budgeting, and financial control (Capex and Opex).
\n\tFamiliarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management frameworks.
\n\tExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n
