Overview:<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves managing and monitoring the organization’s email and cybersecurity infrastructure, specifically focusing on Microsoft 365 mail flow, Mimecast, Darktrace, and Trallix. The candidate will perform daily health checks, proactive monitoring, and analysis of alerts generated by the SOC.<\/p>\n
Skill Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 mail flow and Exchange Online
\n\tExperience with Mimecast administration and email security policies
\n\tProficiency in Darktrace monitoring, alert analysis, and incident response (experience beneficial)
\n\tTrallix experience beneficial
\n\tGeneral IT operations background including troubleshooting and support
\n\tExperience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
\n\tAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
\n\tExcellent spoken and written English skills
\n\tStrong documentation and reporting capabilities<\/p>\n
Specialised Tasks:<\/p>\n
\tPerform daily health checks on Microsoft 365, Mimecast, Darktrace, and Trallix systems
\n\tInvestigate and respond to Darktrace alerts in collaboration with the SOC
\n\tMaintain and optimize email flow and security configurations
\n\tParticipate in 24\/7\/365 standby roster for incident response and support
\n\tProvide third-line support for messaging and security infrastructure
\n\tCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrity<\/p>\n

\tMicrosoft 365 (Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365)
\n\tMimecast Email Security and Archiving
\n\tDarktrace AI Cybersecurity Platform
\n\tTrallix Security Platform
\n\tActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
\n\tGeneral Windows Server and networking fundamentals<\/p>\n
Development of new systems and processes:<\/p>\n
\tContribute to the design and implementation of improved monitoring and alerting workflows
\n\tAssist in the rollout of new security and messaging features
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulation<\/p>\n
