\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExtensive experience in retail property acquisition or development at a national level.
\n\tProven success in sourcing and securing sites for a national retail chain (food or non-food).
\n\tExtensive network and established credibility with South Africa\u2019s key property developers and landlords.
\n\tStrong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
\n\tRelevant degree in Property, Commerce, or Business (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
\n\tWillingness and ability to travel extensively across South Africa.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n

\tIdentify and secure prime retail sites nationwide, aligned to Boxer\u2019s expansion strategy.
\n\tBuild and maintain already established relationships with leading developers, landlords, and key industry stakeholders.
\n\tLead commercial negotiations to secure favourable lease and development terms.
\n\tConduct and oversee feasibility studies, demographic assessments, and due diligence processes.
\n\tPrepare and present detailed site proposals and recommendations to the Executive Committee.
\n\tContribute to the ongoing optimisation of Boxer\u2019s property portfolio and pipeline.<\/p>\n
