You will take on a variety of responsibilities designed to provide hands-on operational experience and a comprehensive understanding of the different functions within the MEA Business Management Team<\/p>\n<p>What are my responsibilities?<\/p>\n<p>Contract Management and Communication<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalysis and preparation of Service Contract calculations and Service Contract Offers within the MEA zone.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0Establish and maintain strong communication channels to align key stakeholders and accelerate project outcomes.<br \/>\n\tManage contracts, facilitate effective communication, and coordinate efficient order processing across cross-functional teams.<br \/>\n\tMaintain efficiency and timeliness across CS Central Offer Desk business operations<\/p>\n<p>Customer Engagement and Service Promotion<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the development and execution of market-driven service marketing strategies and promote value-added offerings.<br \/>\n\tPromote the Customer Services Portfolio through engaging presentations and strategic discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tSupport efforts to improve the Contract Capture Rate through ongoing collaboration with Account Executives and direct engagement with customers.<br \/>\n\tProactively conduct and sustain customer visits to enhance consultancy and strengthen service support.<\/p>\n<p>Operational Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for calculating pricing and ensuring timely submission of offers to the Business Partner or customer.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the cross-functional teams and with various internal key stakeholders to design, develop, and drive Service strategies and business process improvements.<br \/>\n\tMaintain high standards of pricing and offer integrity.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and uphold the quality of pricing and data inputs in the CS CRM tool.<br \/>\n\tMaintain strict adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing &amp;
