Responsible across all centre operations such as but not limited to retail space management, marketing, leasing, health and safety and maintenance.<\/p>\n

\t5 Years of Property Relevant experience
\n\tCommerce\/Property qualification\u00a0
\n\tGeneral property administration\u00a0
\n\tCommercial\/Property law\u00a0
\n\tGeneral Accounting\u00a0
\n\tOperations\/Facilities Management\u00a0
\n\tSector-specific knowledge of commercial\/ industrial\/retail property fundamentals<\/p>\n
What you will be doing<\/p>\n
Optimize tenant mixes and rental collections in the portfolio
\nMaximize Net Property Income in buildings under managed cluster\/portfolio through:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReduced Operating Expenses\u00a0
\n\tIncreased Income\u00a0
\n\tImprove utility management\u00a0
\n\tComplete budgets and obtain approval from Client
\n\tImprove Employee Satisfaction Survey Ratings\u00a0
\n\tEnsure appropriate performance management culture\u00a0
\n\tDiversity Management and Transformation\u00a0
\n\tEnsure proper adherence to corporate governance practices\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that annual business strategies are in place for Assets and monitor Application of Strategy
\n\tEnsure that stakeholders are kept abreast of buildings\u2019 status through monthly reporting on key property management indicators \u00a0
\n\tDrive approved marketing strategy and brand campaign\u00a0
\n\tEnhance marketing and branding profile of the complex\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that centre management implement day to day risk control
\n\tLiaison with key stakeholders in the cluster of operations\u00a0
\n\tEnsure maintenance requirements are adhered to in line with standard operating manuals\u00a0
\n\tEnsure tenant installation process is timeous and within quality standard\u00a0
\n\tEnsure implementation of long term maintenance plan\u00a0
\n\tEnsure approved CAPEX projects are executed timeously<\/p>\n
