Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOur Client is looking for a highly skilled NoSQL Developer with strong SQL capabilities to join their dynamic development team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, optimizing, and maintaining both relational and non-relational databases that support scalable, high-performance application.

What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
\tDesign, build, and maintain robust database systems using both SQL and NoSQL technologies
\n\tDevelop optimized queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support application needs
\n\tModel and manage both relational (OLTP\/OLAP) and NoSQL (document, key-value) data structures
\n\tEnsure data accuracy, security, and consistency across all platforms
\n\tFollow strict naming conventions and data standards as required by the business
\n\tExecute data migrations and develop ETL pipelines and data transformation processes
\n\tMonitor and tune database performance through indexing, query optimization, and capacity planning
\n\tWork closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver database solutions that meet business and reporting needs
\n\tDocument database architecture, schemas, and operational processes
\n\tKeep current with trends in database technology and suggest improvements to existing systems<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases in a production environment
\n\tStrong knowledge of at least one major RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle)
\n\tDeep expertise in at least one NoSQL platform (e.g., Redis, Dragonfly, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase)
\n\tProficient in data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning
\n\tSolid understanding of normalization, denormalization, and data architecture patterns<\/p>\n
Preferred Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field<\/p>\n
Additional Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tExpertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
\n\tSkilled in analyzing and refactoring legacy SQL for better performance
\n\tExperience with administrative tasks such as database backups, replication, and recovery strategies
\n\tFamiliarity with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS) and data pipeline frameworks
\n\tKnowledge of SQL Server features such as Synonyms, SQL Agent jobs, linked servers, and maintenance plans
\n\tComfortable working in Agile environments and fast-paced teams
\n\tStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills
\n\tAwareness of data security and compliance best practices
\n\tClear and effective communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n\tAn analytical thinker who translates data insights into practical solutions<\/p>\n
