What you\u2019ll bring in terms of qualification and experience:<\/p>\n
\tA relevant business degree, such as BCom in Finance, Agricultural Economics, Business Management, Banking, or Accounting.
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.
\n\tRE 5 certification and FAIS compliance.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll bring in terms of technical skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong financial and credit analysis abilities \u2014 interpreting balance sheets, cash flows, and ratios.
\n\tExpertise in credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
\n\tWorking knowledge of agricultural finance, including seasonal cycles, input costs, and commodity markets.
\n\tProficiency in Excel, credit management systems, and CRM platforms.
\n\tFamiliarity with FAIS, FICA, NCA, and KYC\/AML compliance requirements.
\n\tAbility to draft and review credit proposals, manage securities, and ensure full documentation accuracy<\/p>\n
