\tConduct Pre-Inspections, evaluation & intake inspections on buyback, trade-back & trade-in vehicles.
\n\tAssist the Independent Inspection Organisation with intake inspections.
\n\tDetermine fair wear & tear on returning vehicles.
\n\tConsider Vehicle Conditions as per the Buyback Agreement & Buyback Condition Guide.
\n\tEnsure the Top Used Trade-in vehicle.
\n\tConditions are met as per agreement.
\n\tConduct planned vehicle audits on buybacks vehicles to ensure that they are in a buyback condition.
\n\tReport any discrepancies on trade-in’s, buybacks to the Asset Manager immediately.
\n\tCommunicate defects of all Pre-inspection & Intake Inspections to the respective Service Advisor.
\n\tAssist in other areas when the volume of inspections exceed the capacity in that area.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tN3 with a trade test certificate as an Auto Electrician\/Diesel Mechanic.
\n\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tWork well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
\n\tCustomer focused with a results driven approach.
\n\tWork independently though being a team player.
\n\tEC or EC1 drivers licence.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMAN and \/ or VW heavy commercial vehicles – 1 year.
\n\tTrade Certificate experience in the heavy commercial vehicle industry – 5 years.<\/p>\n
