ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe main purpose of this role is to assess, transfer and development of technical skills in operations to ensure sustainable high quality of workmanship and skills.<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tManage the operational training and development of personnel
\n\tD Assess employees’ needs for training
\n\tAlign training with the organization’s goals, region and sector.
\n\tCreate and manage training budgets
\n\tDevelop and implement training programs and administer specialised need related to healthcare
\n\tReview and select training materials from a variety of vendors
\n\tUpdate training programs to ensure that they are relevant
\n\tFacilitate training methods and skills to instructors and supervisor
\n\tEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
\n\tFacilitate the Regional and National Transformation forum
\n\tManage direct expenses and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the area
\n\tManage the submission of WSP ATR report<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tFormal Qualification) in HR Management
\n\tFacilitator\/Assessor Certificate
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Drivers\u2019 License
\n\t5 years Knowledge and experience in the Cleaning\/Hygiene industry
\n\tBasic knowledge of HR related issues and procedures
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level),
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems<\/p>\n
