\tThe Bailer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the new Planet Care Bailer machine, ensuring that recyclable and production waste materials are compacted safely and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperate and monitor the Planet Care Bailer machine in line with safety and operational procedures.
\n\tEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
\n\tSupervise and guide an assistant to achieve daily production targets.
\n\tPerform production recording accurately and submit reports as required.
\n\tApply 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
\n\tConduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
\n\tHandle and stack materials safely using a forklift.
\n\tCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBasic machine operation and safety competency.
\n\tValid forklift license with practical experience.
\n\tStrong understanding and application of 5S principles.
\n\tAbility to keep accurate production records.
\n\tPhysically fit to meet the demands of the role.
\n\tGood numeracy and literacy skills.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n\tAbility to supervise and lead an assistant effectively.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
