Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo support the administration and coordination of learner registrations, achievements, and completions with relevant SETAs, ensuring compliance with SafetyCloud and SETA standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCapture and submit learner registrations, achievements, and completions to relevant SETAs.
\n\tVerify learner information and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
\n\tFile and maintain learner records in accordance with SETA and company standards.
\n\tAssist with issuing learner statements of results and certificates once approved by SETA.
\n\tAssist with the preparation and storage of SETA packs for audits and archiving.
\n\tSupport branches and internal staff with SETA-related queries.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013 Essential
\n\tTertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management \u2013 Advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious administrative experience \u2013 Advantageous
\n\tExposure to OHS\/HSE principles and NOSA systems \u2013 Advantageous<\/p>\n
Skills & Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication
\n\tAbility to plan and prioritise effectively
\n\tHigh attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team<\/p>\n
Other:<\/p>\n
\tPreference will be given to employment equity candidates.
\n\tWillingness and availability to complete a 12-month Learnership programme while working<\/p>\n
