Job Description\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tConduct daily site visits to perform water sampling and analysis on boiler, cooling, and process systems.
\n\tPerform chemical dosing checks and adjustments based on analytical results.
\n\tComplete daily and weekly service reports for each site supported.
\n\tConduct jar testing and bench trials to optimize chemical programs (coagulants, flocculants, corrosion inhibitors, etc.).
\n\tCalibrate, maintain, and manage portable lab and testing equipment.
\n\tMonitor and record system parameters including pH, conductivity, hardness, alkalinity, TDS, and microbial activity.
\n\tSupport trials and audits initiated by the AECI Water team and assist with implementation of corrective actions.
\n\tLiaise directly with mill engineering and process teams to report findings and recommendations.
\n\tUphold safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance in all on-site activities<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBTech or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 hands-on experience in water treatment, including boilers, cooling towers, and chillers.
\n\tPrevious exposure to sugar industry water systems (advantageous).
\n\tExperience conducting lab and field testing, chemical dosing, and quality control checks.
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License (Code 10 \/ C1) and willingness to travel between Customer sites
\n\tComputer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<\/p>\n
