\n\tWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead the full delivery of new lodge developments, from concept to handover. In this role you will be responsible for shaping project outcomes that meet our high standards while collaborating across diverse teams and disciplines.<\/p>\n
Role & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAlign design, budget & schedule from project inception
\n\tManage consultant teams & performance to scope
\n\tOversee procurement, construction & logistics
\n\tEnsure health, safety & environmental protocols
\n\tDrive digital documentation & reporting
\n\tSupport post-completion quality & warranty resolution<\/p>\n
Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
\t8+ years in hospitality builds or remote development
\n\tStrong project controls & JBCC contract fluency
\n\tCloud-based systems & document management experience
\n\tRemote logistics & cross-border project expertise
\n\tComfort with tech & AI tools for forecasting & delivery
\n\tA passion for sustainability, design & purposeful development
\n\tThis is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives in complexity and is driven by impact.<\/p>\n
