Creative<\/p>\n
\tTo assist their CDs in building the creative reputation of Hunt Lascaris.
\n\tTo take accountability in ensuring all their creative output consistently meets the highest quality standards.
\n\tTo present creative work internally and externally in a clear, professional and impactful manner.
\n\tTo produce and craft original and great concepts and art direction proactively and in response to creative briefs of existing clients or potential clients.
\n\tWork with Strategy & Account Management to understand the clients\u2019 brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of iconic work for the brand.
\n\tActively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the creative department and other departments within Hunt Lascaris.
\n\tStay aware of current trends, popular culture, ideas, work in order to confidently stay ahead of the curve and stay relevant and contemporary.
\n\tConsistently develop and refine their craft in a way that demonstrates a real passion for the work they do.
\n\tTo contribute to the shop window (local and international awards).<\/p>\n
Business Management<\/p>\n
\tAccurate recording of work time.
\n\tActively participate in new business pitches and business development when required.
\n\tResponsibility to spread positive sentiment and not to add fuel any negative sentiments in a way that is destructive to Hunt Lascaris\u2019 reputation both internally and externally.<\/p>\n
People\/Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tTo help develop the creative department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of Hunt Lascaris and its\u2019 clients through on the job development, active participation in the creative department (e.g. Disruption, training, and other company initiatives).
\n\tProvide feedback to your Creative Director regarding improvements that could be made to the creative department and Hunt Lascaris.
\n\tHas actively supported and involved team members at the appropriate time to resolve issues.
\n\tHas encouraged all members to look for collaborative ways to make Hunt Lascaris a great place to work<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nKnowledge and Experience required:<\/p>\n
\t+5 years plus as an Art Director in a leading creative agency\/company that has generated or can generate and produce world-class ideas and art direction for Hunt Lascaris and their clients or potential clients.<\/p>\n
Skills and Educational Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tWorld-class art direction ability.
\n\tPresentation skills.
\n\tStrategically minded.
\n\tCreatively diverse (photography, design, illustration).
\n\tTechnical understanding of tv & content production, edits, sound, music, voice and direction.<\/p>\n
Optional extras:<\/p>\n
\tInfluencer, opinion leader, blog site, editorial experience, poetry, After Effects, 3D rendering, illustration, editing, design, songwriter, sound production, artist.<\/p>\n
