Development Consultant \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            X3 Conflicts Analyst Assistant (6 Months FTC)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Talent Sourcing &amp; Learning &amp; Development Consultant will be responsible for the recruitment of talent for the GBC as well as driving the Learning and Development agenda for the GBC.<\/p>\n<p>The recruitment function is varied and will include routine administration as well as co-ordinating and interviewing candidates \u2013 all of which require dedication, attention to detail and accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RECRUITMENT<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for the recruitment and selection of all employees as per the firm&#8217;s recruitment processes and procedures for allocated business units.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the recruitment process supports the firm&#8217;s employment equity targets.<br \/>\n\tPosting vacancies on HLP and response handling on job portals (LinkedIn, etc).<br \/>\n\tCo-ordination and administration of the recruitment function (placing adverts, coordinating interview arrangements and dealing with enquiries as they arise).<br \/>\n\tUpdating and distribution of correspondence with candidates.<br \/>\n\tRegular maintenance and organisation of filing systems, retaining documents, correspondence and other records in line with the Firm&#8217;s recruitment procedures.<br \/>\n\tMaintain the Recruitment database.<br \/>\n\tTelephonic screening of candidates for minimum requirements.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in screening interviews and offer insight for further decision making.<br \/>\n\tUse the salary benchmarking data to propose CTC offers.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the full approval process is followed when extending an offer of employment.<\/p>\n<p>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p>\tForm good relationships with business leads to understand their recruitment needs and assist in talent mapping.<br \/>\n\tGuide and lead business with recruitment practices.<br \/>\n\tAdvise business on the selection of candidates.<\/p>\n<p>MI REPORTING<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that HLP reflects accurately the status of each vacancy.<br \/>\n\tRecord and monitor all stages of candidate&#8217;s progress from CV review to offer stage.<br \/>\n\tMaintain recruitment tracker for all active vacancies.<br \/>\n\tProduce weekly \/ monthly and once off reports that need to be sent to the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p>ON-BOARDING<\/p>\n<p>\tCapture new joiner\u2019s data on HLP accurately.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all relevant source documents are submitted to HR Administrator to submit for payroll processing.<br \/>\n\tManagement of employee letters, contracts, and promotional letters, etc<\/p>\n<p>RISK &amp; COMPLIANCE<\/p>\n<p>\tComplete mandatory compliance training.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to Labour Legislation.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to POPIA.<\/p>\n<p>LEARNING &amp; DEVELOPMENT<br \/>\nSkills Development and Professional Training and Development:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide employees with appropriate training and professional development opportunities to advance their careers with the firm. \u00a0Again, this is more a relationship with managers to determine what the training needs of the function would be.<br \/>\n\tManage requests for training, registration and invoices for all employees.<br \/>\n\tDraft and manage training budgets for each department.<br \/>\n\tManage and coordinate professional development training programs.<\/p>\n<p>Study Assistance Programme:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tFull administration and coordination of the staff study assistance programme.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all study assistance requests are submitted timeously and that approvals are communicated to the staff.<br \/>\n\tManage requests and invoices for all employees.<br \/>\n\tUpdate policies relating to study assistance programme.<\/p>\n<p>Workplace skills plan and annual training report (WSP\/ATR):<\/p>\n<p>\tCompile and document all the training submitted throughout the reporting cycle.<br \/>\n\tComputate data for completion of Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Finance with any information needed for the completion of the WSP &amp; ATR.<br \/>\n\tAttend the EE Forum and report on the training opportunities within the firm and the L&amp;D processes.<br \/>\n\tComplete WSP\/ATR report submission timeously on\/before the legislative deadline date.<\/p>\n<p>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tTo support the HR Leadership with the development and implementation of projects as required.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS PROFILE<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATION<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4) &#8211;
