Your Responsibilities will Include:<\/p>\n
\tRecruit\u00a0 high\u00a0 quality\u00a0 representatives\u00a0 timeously\u00a0 and\u00a0 accurately
\n\tEnsure\u00a0 that\u00a0 appointed\u00a0 representatives\u00a0 are\u00a0 adequately\u00a0 trained
\n\tManage\u00a0 a\u00a0 team\u00a0 of\u00a0 \u00a0insurance\u00a0 representatives\u00a0 optimally
\n\tEnsure\u00a0 that\u00a0 the\u00a0 set\u00a0 insurance\u00a0 sales\u00a0 targets\u00a0 are\u00a0 reached
\n\tEnsure\u00a0 and\u00a0 monitor\u00a0 compliance\u00a0 with\u00a0 respect\u00a0 to\u00a0 FAIS\/FICA\/LTIA\u00a0 and\u00a0 all\u00a0 other\u00a0 relevant\u00a0 legislation
\n\tRisk\u00a0 management

\n\tA\u00a0 suitable\u00a0 industry\u00a0 entry\u00a0 qualification\u00a0 within\u00a0 the\u00a0 requirements\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 FSCA
\n\tComply with FAIS legislation for registration as Fit and Proper individuals<\/p>\n
Applicants who entered the industry as follows:<\/p>\n
\tFrom years 2004 \u2013 2007 requires 30 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2009.
\n\tFrom years 2008 – 2009 requires 30 credits or 60 credits on NQF 4 obtained by 31 December 2011 or full FAIS recognised qualification obtained by 31 December 2013
\n\tAll those appointed in the industry from the year 2010 onwards require a full FAIS recognised qualification\u00a0
\n\tClear ITC
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tRE5\u00a0 certificate
\n\tRE1\u00a0 will\u00a0 be\u00a0 an\u00a0 advantage
\n\tDrivers\u2019\u00a0 license,\u00a0 own\u00a0 reliable\u00a0 transport\u00a0 and\u00a0 cell\u00a0 phone
