\tAchieve the budgeted turnover, profit margins and CSM targets for parts.
\n\tControl the overall budget of Parts department including personnel and overhead costs.
\n\tResponsible for the management of staff in the Parts department.
\n\tManage the inventory to ensure optimum economic inventory levels.
\n\tResponsible for the stock taking administration.
\n\tAchieve an efficient operation by meeting objectives on operating policies and standards.
\n\tStandards as per the dealer standards program.
\n\tEnsure ongoing increase in new customers and the retention thereof.
\n\tConduct regular customer on site visits.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tComputer Literate.
\n\tWork well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tCustomer focused with a results driven approach.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
\n\tWork independently though being a team player.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience, leading and motivating a team – 5 years.
\n\tExperience in a Parts Department within an automotive parts business – 5 years.<\/p>\n
