The successful candidate will be supported in growing their industry expertise specific for the market segment and partner with relevant stakeholders to pursue commercial opportunities within that space.<\/p>\n<p>About The Role \/ What You Will Do:<\/p>\n<p>\tComplex analysis work, identifying and resolving strategic commercial problems and recommending strategic actions to meet business targets<br \/>\n\tConsulting with product groups, districts and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price<br \/>\n\tRepresent the division on sales issues relating to the products \/ markets<br \/>\n\tProvide active consultative services to Caterpillar dealers, product groups, other enterprise partners and customers as required<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and interpret sales trends, demand fluctuations and customer requirements<br \/>\n\tIn collaboration with our District Offices and Dealers, attend industry shows, customer programs, product training and other regional sales initiatives<\/p>\n<p>What You Have &#8211; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.<\/p>\n<p>Critical Thinking:<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques: ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Effective Communications &amp; Negotiating:<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstanding of communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.<\/p>\n<p>Relationship Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.<\/p>\n<p>Business Development:<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches: ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.<\/p>\n<p>What Will Put You Forward:<\/p>\n<p>\tElectrical \/ Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant experience<br \/>\n\tBroad understanding of commercial deals within Mining or Construction\/Quarry industries<br \/>\n\tMinimum 5 years of Hydraulics experience<br \/>\n\tProficiency in English (spoken and written) &#8211;
