\tClover Welkom branch is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to service designated stores by maintaining stock levels, executing effective shelf control, and minimizing returns. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with store staff and ensure product visibility and freshness on shelves.<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tRelevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
\n\tcurrent location in Welkom, advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nControl and order stock<\/p>\n
\tApply correct stock control measures in-store and in back-up where Clover stock is handled.\u00a0
\n\tControl, minimize and write up returns according to store work plan.\u00a0
\n\tAvoid out of stock situations at all times and report to AM if it occurs.\u00a0
\n\tPlace accurate and timeous order according to the ordering tempo.\u00a0
\n\tAlways ensure clean and neat products on the shelf.
\n\tEnsure proper crate and equipment control at the store according to company policy.
\n\tEstablish and maintain good business relationship with store management, AM, HO, Customers, and fellow Merchandisers always<\/p>\n
Apply correct shelve control in terms of indicated store and shelve plans. \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPack shelves in terms of the Store Flow as indicated by the AM and apply basic merchandising rules.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that the fridge is properly maintained at all times.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain indicated shelf set in terms of the provided plans or generic shelf set.
\n\tMaintain PI label per product at all times.\u00a0
\n\tPut point of sale material up at allocated position and maintain at all times.
\n\tMaintain relevant administration.\u00a0
\n\tExploit all opportunities in store to enhance the presence of products on the shelf.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Establish and maintain good business relationships. \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage relationships with store management, AM, HO, Customers, and fellow Merchandiser at all times.<\/p>\n
