\tThe role involves daily allocation of payments, account reconciliations, releasing orders, preparing monthly reports, and supporting the Credit Control Manager with administrative tasks.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12.
\n\tMinimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Debtor\u2019s.
\n\tComputer Literacy (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, SAP).
\n\tAttention to detail is imperative.
\n\tAssertive and pro-active approach to the working environment.
\n\tAdministrative & Organizational skills.
\n\tGood and Interpersonal communication skills
\n\tTask oriented and deadline driven.
\n\tMotivated, vibrant individual.
\n\tHard working and self-motivated.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tAllocating and clearing of daily payments to customers\u2019 accounts from bank statements.
\n\tReconciliation of client accounts and daily follow up on queries and accounts in arrears.
\n\tRelease orders for customers after Credit Control Manager approval.
\n\tDo Monthly finance charges for debtor\u2019s accounts in arrears.
\n\tMonthly sales prices captured on SAGE system.
\n\tMiscellaneous invoices and Billing
\n\tSupport the Credit Control Manager daily with Ad hoc tasks.
\n\tFiling daily of all related Debtors documents.
\n\tPrepare monthly debtors reports and cash flow
\n\tAttend to daily queries from Sales Managers\/Rep and customers.
\n\tUpdate POD\u2019s daily on weighbridge recons.
\n\tAttend to Trans Union enquiries on new credit applications and prepare credit proposal<\/p>\n
