Job description<\/p>\n
\tProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
\n\tEnsure that sales in Beauty are in line with agreed targets by providing solutions and alternatives to customers on options, products and services.
\n\tMonitor, control and display stock and related ticketing with relevant reports to ensure availability and maximum selling opportunities.
\n\tDemonstrate in-depth product knowledge and policy understanding to enable high service and operational standards.
\n\tUphold shop-keeping standards in terms of hygiene and safety to ensure a neatly organised department
\n\tProcess till transactions efficiently and effectively
\n\tExecute all shrinkage related tasks to contribute to minimum losses.
\n\tMaintain high standards of self-discipline in relation to dress code, personal hygiene, time-keeping and attendance
\n\tParticipate and contribute in all team related tasks and activities<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
\tPreferably Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
\n\tAvailable and flexible to work different shifts
\n\tRelevant years of experience in the Retail\/FMCG industry
\n\tVersatile communication Skills.
\n\tDevelop plans for work to be done by self and others.
\n\tSets goals and objectives to be achieved within a set timeframe.
\n\tAnticipates and responds to customers’ needs fast and effectively.
\n\t\u00a0Makes decisions and takes action consistent with the organisation\u2019s ethics and values, even in the absence of popular support.
\n\tEffectively challenges the way things are traditionally done and comes up with new ideas.
\n\tProactively engages and attracts the client into buying the product or service.
\n\tPossesses detailed product knowledge, and proactively advise on benefits and uses of the product.<\/p>\n
