Client Success Manager<\/p>\n
\tWe are recruiting for a Client Success Manager to join our client\u2019s dynamic team based in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client engagement, a proactive approach to service delivery, and the ability to strengthen long-term client relationships through structured communication and strategic touchpoints.
\n\tThis role requires balancing service excellence with business growth opportunities.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
\n\tA minimum of\u00a02\u20133 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in client relationship management, customer service or digital engagement.
\n\tProficiency in\u00a0CRM systems\u00a0and digital communication tools.
\n\tExperience managing client feedback and online engagement platforms.
\n\tA sales or target-driven background will be advantageous.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:
\nClient Engagement:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain consistent communication with clients through multiple platforms to ensure a seamless experience across their journey.
\n\tConduct structured follow-ups at various touchpoints to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
\n\tEngage with clients who have completed their journey to promote long-term satisfaction and potential re-engagement.<\/p>\n
Relationship Development:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities for additional client support, cross-selling, or referrals.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
\n\tManage and respond to client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Insights:<\/p>\n
\tTrack engagement metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for management review.
\n\tProvide data-driven insights to improve the client experience and optimise retention strategies.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence:<\/p>\n
\tSupport marketing and communications initiatives through client insights and feedback.
\n\tContribute to continuous process improvements to enhance overall client service delivery.
\n\tEnsure all interactions align with company policies, service standards, and ethical practices.<\/p>\n
