\tTo ensure that requirements are met with regard to the quality of products manufactured<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tInspect and monitor the quality of products produced according to process control sheet
\n\tComplete relevant documentation (Process control sheet, Tool and stillage repair \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0request,
\n\tVerify and inspect parts for defects visually
\n\tPack items in boxes & containers according to packing instructions
\n\tEnsure ongoing measurements of parts are carried out and measurements recorded
\n\tEnsure measuring equipment and checking fixtures are always in good working condition
\n\tAssist with tool changes and problem solving of parts on production line.
\n\tComply to safety, health and environmental work instructions and follow lock out procedure.
\n\tEnsure clean working environment and production equipment. (House keeping)<\/p>\n
