What You’ll Do for Us:<\/p>\n
\tDriving the on-going growth through our franchise system.
\n\tDeveloping short and long-range objectives consistent with organization guidelines.
\n\tManaging the overall P&L.
\n\tDeveloping relationships with key constituencies including bottlers, government, etc.
\n\tOwning tactical and operational plans with a short to mid-term focus (1-3 years), executing organizational strategy in alignment with parent\/independent organization objectives.
\n\tManaging a large team of professionals or multiple small teams led by team leaders\/supervisors or managers.
\n\tOperating with broad latitude in a complex environment, acting as a subject matter expert within the organization, managing large projects or processes, coaching lower level professionals in skills, delegating work to them and reviewing it.
\n\tMaking improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the job area.
\n\tSolving problems by identifying the root cause of the problem and modifying solutions applied to similar problems.
\n\tInfluencing parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
\n\tCommunicating with parties within and outside of own job function, and potentially with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tA University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
\n\tAt least 5-7 years of prior relevant experience in franchise management, P&L management, and relationship development.
\n\tProven experience in developing short and long-range objectives consistent with organization guidelines.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to manage a large team of professionals or multiple small teams.
\n\tExperience operating with broad latitude in a complex environment, acting as a subject matter expert within the organization, managing large projects or processes, and coaching lower level professionals.
\n\tProven track record in making improvements of processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of the problem and modify solutions applied to similar problems.
\n\tExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.<\/p>\n
