Cash Control & Accuracy<\/p>\n
\tPerform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances
\n\tManage daily cash control and banking processes
\n\tHandle manual transactions accurately and efficiently\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stock Management & Organisation<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily stock procedures to maintain store excellence
\n\tManage customer orders with efficiency and attention to detail
\n\tConduct weekly stock counts and ensure storeroom organisation
\n\tComplete shoe pairing exercises to maintain display and stock integrity\u00a0<\/p>\n
Customer Service & Sales Support<\/p>\n
\tDeliver a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge
\n\tBuild strong customer relationships through attentive service and styling advice
\n\tMaintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm to reflect our brand\u2019s values\u00a0<\/p>\n
What You Need to Succeed:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 (essential)
\n\t6 months \u2013 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
\n\tA passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement\u00a0<\/p>\n
